DANKO winter wheat variety characterized by a very high yield level in Poland.
Hondia winter wheat has outstanding grain quality parameters. In Poland, its quality has been assessed on the borderline between the E and A quality groups.
Hondia produces large, very well-calibrated grain with a low proportion of screenings.
It is characterized by high disease resistance among winter wheat varieties. Its high winter hardiness provides excellent crop security.
It tolerates unregulated soil pH, making it suitable for cultivation on weaker sites.
It has very good tillering ability. The recommended sowing rate is 320–350 viable seeds/m² (approx. 170–190 kg/ha).
For early sowing and intensive cultivation, the sowing rate should be reduced by 10%.
For late sowing, the sowing rate should be increased by 10%.

Please note: In the case of herbicide products containing chlorotoluron, plant damage may occur in extreme cases.
