Ambasador

  • Ambassador is the latest winter triticale characterized by a record-high yield level.

  • It has very good adaptive properties to various climatic and soil conditions.

  • Due to its early maturity, it performs very well on medium and lower-quality soils – classes IIIa, IVb.

  • The Ambassador triticale is a medium-early variety with very good disease resistance.

It has record-high resistance to yellow and brown rust, leaf septoria, and fusarium head blight.

  • The Ambassador triticale has very good winter hardiness (5.0).

  • It is a short-straw variety with high lodging resistance – similar to Tributo and Panaso.

  • It has good sprouting resistance.

  • It is characterized by beautiful, thick grains (TKW over 50 grams) with very good density.

  • It also has a high protein content – around 11%.

  • Beautiful, uniform, record-thick grains!

  • It has very good tillering capacity. Due to this feature, low sowing rates are recommended.

  • We recommend lower sowing rates! The recommended sowing rate at the optimal sowing time is 270-320 germinating seeds per m² (approximately 140-160 kg/ha).

  • In the case of early sowing and intensive cultivation technology, the rate should be reduced by 10%.

  • In the case of delayed sowing, the sowing rate should be increased by 10%.
